an email with:
- A picture of your child (file attachment, .jpg or .gif format preferred,
but we can manage most formats) or send a photo and we will scan it for
you.
- Your child's birthdate
- Your child's Gotcha date
- Whatever location information you are comfortable with (eg Country
only, Country and State/Province, Country, State/Province, and City)
- The email address you would like others to use to reach you and/or
your daughter.
